Who we are
This website is run by Optimum Jets LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company doing business as Optimum Jets ("Optimum Jets," "we," "us"). Optimum Jets is an air charter broker. We arrange private flights on behalf of our clients with FAA certified air carriers. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and when you work with us.
What we collect
What you give us
- Quote requests: your name, email, phone number, departure and destination, travel dates, number of passengers, and anything you add in the notes.
- When you book: details the operator needs to fly you, such as passenger names, dates of birth, and identification details required by the operator or by government rules. We collect these directly with you, not through this website.
- Messages: what you send us by phone, email, or text.
What is collected automatically
- Server records: our hosting provider keeps standard records of visits, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time, to keep the site secure and working.
- Fonts: the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google and shares your IP address so the fonts can be delivered.
- Cookies: only if you agree. See Cookies below.
The airport search runs inside your own browser. We do not record what you search for.
How we use it
- To answer your request and prepare a quote.
- To arrange, confirm, and support your flight.
- To contact you about your request and trips by phone, email, and, if you agree, text message.
- To keep records required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
- To protect the site and our clients against fraud and misuse.
- With your permission, to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed to serve you:
- Aircraft operators who fly your trip, and the services they rely on for it, such as private terminals, catering, and ground transport.
- Service providers that run parts of our business for us, such as our website host, the service that delivers quote requests to our inbox (Formspree), and our email and texting providers. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Advertising and analytics partners (Google and Meta), only if you turn those cookies on.
- Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, crews, and business.
- A buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged, under this same policy.
We do not sell your personal information. If advertising cookies are turned on, some state laws may treat that as "sharing" for advertising. You can turn it off any time with , and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser.
Text messages
If you check the text box on our quote form, you agree that Optimum Jets may send text messages about your request and your trips to the number you give us, including by automated means. Texting is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.

- We do not share your mobile number or your text consent with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Right now this site does not use any cookies or tracking. It only saves your privacy choice on your device if you make one.
If we add them later, they fall into two groups, and neither loads until you agree:
- Analytics (Google Analytics): shows us, as totals, which pages help people.
- Advertising (Google Ads, Meta): measures our ads and helps show them to people likely to be interested.

How long we keep it
We keep quote requests that do not turn into bookings for up to 3 years. We keep booking records for as long as tax and legal rules require, usually 7 years. Then we delete them or make them anonymous.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure connections and limiting access to people who need it. No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete your information, unless we must keep it by law or to complete a trip you booked.
- Stop marketing messages. Every email includes a way to opt out, and you can reply STOP to texts.
- Stop any "sharing" for advertising, using Cookie settings or Global Privacy Control.
Depending on where you live, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states, you may have these rights by law, plus the right to appeal our answer. To make a request, contact us below. We will confirm your identity before acting, respond within the time the law requires, and never treat you differently for using your rights. You may use an authorized agent.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through this site. Children's travel details are handled only with a parent or guardian, when they book.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on this page.
