Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Optimum Jets LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company ("Optimum Jets," "we," "us"). By using the site or sending a request through it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our role: air charter broker
Optimum Jets is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft. We act as agent for our clients to arrange charter flights with FAA certified direct air carriers, which hold operational control of every flight. The operator's name is given to you in writing before you pay. Nothing on this site means that Optimum Jets operates, controls, or crews any aircraft.
Quotes and bookings
- Sending a request through this site does not create a booking or a contract.
- A quote is an offer to arrange a specific trip, subject to aircraft and crew availability at the time you accept it.
- A booking is confirmed only by a written charter agreement signed by you, together with the payment it requires. That agreement sets the price, what is included, cancellation and refund terms, and the operator's rules, and it controls over anything on this website.
- Your quote lists every charge known when it is issued. Charges that depend on the day, such as de-icing, extra services you request, or changes to your itinerary, are explained to you before they are added.
- The operator and the pilot in command may delay, change, or cancel a flight for safety, weather, maintenance, air traffic, or legal reasons. Those decisions are theirs alone.
Flight and airport information
Flight times, aircraft sizes, seat counts, ranges, example trips, and the airport search on this site are general guides for planning, not promises. Airport and runway information comes from OurAirports, a public dataset, and may be incomplete or out of date. It is not for navigation or flight planning. Whether an airport or aircraft suits your trip is decided by the operator and pilot in command, and your advisor confirms the details for your trip.
Images and safety ratings
Images on this site are illustrative. They may not show the actual aircraft, cabin, operator, or airport for your trip.
ARGUS and Wyvern are independent aviation safety rating organizations. Optimum Jets is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Ratings belong to the operators who earn them, can change over time, and are confirmed on your quote.
Using this site
Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to break into it, disrupt it, copy it in bulk, or send false or harmful information through it. The site's design, text, logo, and images belong to Optimum Jets or its licensors, and you may not reuse them without permission.
The site may link to other websites or use outside services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
This website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, its accuracy, or its availability.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Optimum Jets will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Our responsibilities for any trip are set out in your written charter agreement. As a broker, we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of the independent operators who perform flights. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to cover Optimum Jets for claims that result from your misuse of this website or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state courts of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, or the federal courts of the Eastern District of Louisiana, unless your charter agreement says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
